That is just after 06:59:59 p.m. ET, 05:59:59 p.m. CT, 04:59:59 MT
and 03:59:59 p.m. PT

I remember when this happened in college, we used to listen to the shortwave clock and count the 61 seconds in a minute.

My how time has flown.
