ok only you Disney fans would understand my joy!
I got reservations for 10 people at Cindys castle for Feb 6!!!!!! WOW
As they have been taking reservations for this date for a few months now I thought there would be NO way I would be able to swing ressies for a party of 10!!!!
I am around the house and the rest of the family doesn't understand
they are like.. well your making the reservations 3 months in advance... reserving THAT early should get you any table you want

That's great news! And I know the feeling, I booked our April ADR's just last weekend and managed to get CRT for us both, and I too was dancing around the house with joy! It'll be my dream come true!!

I booked CRT 180 days in advance to the day last year to get a table for 3 on Sunday morning in March. This year we just decided to go, and I booked it this past week (~150 days) and got the exact same time (8:20 before the park opened)...there seems to be less Spring Breaks our week next year though (March 3-8).

That's good news! We'll be in WDW at the same time as you- Feb. 2-10 (Mardi Gras holidays).

I'm getting excited b/c I think it's going to be light crowds. I made our reservations on the 180th day out and got everything I wanted. One of my student's mom called last week and got an ADR for 8 people at 'Ohana!!!

Yeah we are high tailing it out of state this year during Mardi Gras. We usually stay and do the parades but year after year of the same floats and it gets old. Last year we took the kids down to vets (supposedly kid friendly) and a guy dumped a beer on my 5 year old that was it for us and mardi gras.
I am hoping there will be light crowds as presidents day and Daytona are later in the month. Getting a ressie for 10 at cindys castle 3 months in advance instead of the 6 months you usually have to book it makes me even MORE hopeful.

The family that lives across the street from us turned us on to going to Disney during Mardi Gras. We went to Disney in June last time and they went during Mardi gras break... we fought crowds A LOT and they didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to ride any of the rides! We figured we would give it a shot and see if that is a better time to go than June. When we did go in June, I was on the phone the morning cindy castle ressies were available and they were booking up like MAD... i tried to change it a week later to a different time and there was nothing available. I thought for SURE I would never get a ressie for 10 this far out but there were NO problems. I hope this is an indication of what the crowds will be like!!!!

The crowds are very light, you will love it. Our first family trip with the kids was on spring break......never again. We decided the next trip would be in February and we havent stopped going in February yet. We love it, the crowds are light and the weather is perfect.

We will be there Feb. 1st - 9th in 2008. See you there!!!!
