whew! all's well that ends well. after talking to andie at allseastravel.com we are booked on the 15th cruise of the magic. and the absolutely best part is she has in the same staterooms requested. and the quote given to us has been honored. we are so pleased andie, thomas, and chuck came through for us. this cruise is for our friend's 30 anniversary and their first time ever on a cruise. and because of that i wanted everything wonderful for them and for us too!! the frustration just got the best of me!! but they were already working the situation and had indeed contacted us. seems we must have had a power outage and all the messages had been lost. (we were in wdw when this was announced.) so the lesson learned is not to panic--i did--and give the travel agent a call. all i could do is see the magic leaving w/out us. not a happy picture. thank-you, thank-you, thank-you--andie, thomas and chuck. and chuck--please forgive me for taking my frustrations out on you. i knew better--just panicked. y'all took good care of us.
