Woody's Lunch Box is the counter service stand that was open with the rest of Toy Story Land (but is closed at the moment). I think that you're thinking of the new Toy Story themed table service restaurant in the works that is still under construction.

You're right, got the two mixed up. I can plead ignorance, haven't been back WDW since Toy Story Land opened. LOL!!

DH and I were talking about this when we were in TSL during our trip. There is no place to eat in TSL right now. We overheard a customer asking a CM where they could buy food, so there is definitely a demand for it. And there's nothing nearby... closest would be in Galaxy's edge.
