It's in Frontierland at the MK and here is this week's schedule from Steve Soares' website:

Woody's Cowboy Camp
Round up your posse for some rootin'-tootin', straight-shootin' good times with Woody, Jesse and Bullseye at Woody's Cowboy Camp. Sam the Singin' Cowboy leads a western hoedown that rings out across the prairie. Head on out to Frontierland for some singin', dancin' and general kickin' up your heels. Yee-haw!
Daily at 10:20 & 11:15am, 12:10, 1:05, 1:55 & 3:50pm

I don't know for sure, but I would say no for 2 reasons:

1) The description does not list Buzz, who is a pretty popular character.

2) Buzz would look out of place in Frontierland with all the Cowboy types (Woody, Jesse, and Bullseye). Buzz is more of a Tomorrowland kind of guy!

Buzz is not there. (He appears in Tomorrowland). Woody, Jessie and Bullseye are there along with some cowboys and cowgirls. It is very interactive. My DD loved all the dancing.

No Buzz. But he can be found in Tomorrowland and also at MGM.
