I thought I read somewhere that Disney would be offering a character breakfast geared towards the fellas. I haven't heard or read anything about it in a while. Has anyone else heard of this is or was it all made up in my crazy mind  ?

This seemed to be the HOPES & WISHES of tons of hopeful wishers but instead WDW went the route of Playhouse Disney. This is the latest character meal that will be home in the H&V restaurant I believe beginning next month....unfortunately not to many's wishes...as the boys get shut out again in preference of the toddler crowd. :confused3

This was announced on allearsnet.com:

4/25/06: New Playhouse Disney Character Dining at Hollywood & Vine in Disney-MGM Studios starts June 25, 2006.

Starting today, April 25, 2006, reservations can be made for a NEW character breakfast or lunch at Hollywood & Vine at Disney-MGM Studios. (Dinner will continue to be a NON-character meal.) Characters featured include: JoJo and Goliath from JoJo's Circus and June and Leo from the Little Einsteins. The meals will be hosted by the Playhouse Pals, who will entertain diners with Playhouse Disney songs and dancing.

How disappointing! :sad2: And I don't even have boys.

How many princess breakfasts, lunches and dinners do these poor fellas have to sit through before they get some respect!

Hey, I have an idea... how about they send Stitch to CRT and let him chase the princesses around for a while. I'm sure the guys would like to see that... so would I :lmao:

Well there is a Lilo and Stitch breakfast at the Poly. And my boys like the basic characters- the Mickey, Pluto Goofy ect...so we just stick to those meals. (although we are doing the Playhouse disney one- we have 2 under 3 and they will LOVE eating with Jojo and Goliath) Although I do think they could make more people much happier by doing a toy story meal. But the CM that booked my dining ADR's suggested an Incredibles meal in the future(he went as far as saying November would be an appropriate time to add a new dining experience....) so maybe there is still something in the works.....
