Woods/Courtyard GCH rooms

I have a woods/courtyard room booked for the end of this month. I am wondering if anyone can recommend specific room numbers. We were given 5108/6108 last year, and I was not happy at all. I loved being on a high floor, but do not want to get stuck in a dark corner again. My first instinct was to request high floor x303-x319 or x407-x413. Also, are there any rooms classified as woods view that do not look into the brisa courtyard?

Last August I booked the Woods/Courtyard view. We were on the 3rd floor, almost right above the GCH entrance to DCA. We could see GRR through the "Woods". There were several trees that were pretty tall blocking some of the view, but we loved it! We could hear the Happy Camper playing his music. The previous year we had a view of the courtyard, which we liked too.

...are there any rooms classified as woods view that do not look into the brisa courtyard?

Some guests have reported receiving a Woods View room above World of Disney facing DCA (x426-x450 even)
There are also Woods View (or standard) on lower floors above Napa Rose and the DCA hotel entrance. Renovation of Napa Rose and the hotel exterior has just begun.

I phoned the hotel and was told that all the rooms in this category are facing the courtyard only. Who knows? Anyway, I did see the scaffolding so decided to request a certain area of the courtyard. I would prefer to not end up right next to the construction. Thanks for your and PP's comments.

That being said I requested rooms in the x335-x359 block for my trip over Halloween. I stayed there on the second floor last May and although I had a standard room ressie at the time I would swear that is a woods view. We saw lovely pine trees and could hear GRR in and the park music from our balcony. I would LOVE the same rooms again. Got my fingers crossed!
