I think it really was Save A Lot Spend A Lot
Ohh.. What good buys... Thought I would share my experience.
The CM had to show her ID as we entered a gate.
There was a large white tent with tons of misc stuff, a large building -- divided into two sections of shopping, and a trailer with damaged items.
Neither of us bought anything from the trailer.
I bought several
items from the other areas. 
The HM bobblehead figurines, a spinning figurine that is like Pin 18854: WDW - Haunted Mansion (Donald, Mickey, Goofy), and a light-up HM picture frame that reminds me of Pin 25174: Haunted Mansion (Goofy & Pluto). (The photo frame portion features the heads of the three HM ghosts.)
LOTS of pins.
I bought a few DA pins -- one being the LAST in 28120: Disney Auctions (P.I.N.S.) - Be My Valentine Evil Queen. Misc rack pins I was happy to have for myself at lower than released prices.
I even bought a few Journey through Time event pins that were on sale and a WDW Jafar Valentines Day.
I bought Blaine a RnRC emblem denim jacket for roughly $20.
I also bought a basket topiary, leftover from F&G. And some scapebook kit items that will really add some Oomph to a framing project. And only $2 for a scraping book binder that will soon be a pin binder
