DH said to the kids at supper "Now this is NOT a promise. Who wants to miss some school in December to go to Disney?" AND he ordered the dvd. LOL.

I am so jealous, I wish we were going in December. I hope it works out for you and the kids get to miss school!

Oh I hope you get to go! We took the kids out of school this past January and are planning to do it again this year. I teach at my youngest child's school so I don't mind just telling his teachers. My older one is in middle school so I feel like it's all part of the excitement once I've talked to his teachers and have gotten everything lined up as far as homework and all that.

I know some people disagree with taking children of school for WDW, but the way I look at it is they are yours for only a short time, make every minute magical.
