Hi everyone,

Our contract passed ROFR, we closed and were in the system about a week after closing! Just booked our very first DVC vacation. We really wanted a Tree House, but they were all booked, so we are in a 2 bedroom at BLT (Lake View) and are now thinking about what to book next.

Can't wait to check in and hear "Welcome Home!"

Congrats, I am always so happy to hear about someone joining and remember my own excitement when we joined about a year ago. Funny but now I think every year around the holidays I will have my own private DVC Anniversary Celebration... and you will too!

Ours just showed up on the DVC member web site. I am so excited so I know you are too. I can't make ressies for our annual Thanksgiving trip until the 18th so just a few more days. We are planning on a 1 bdr at OKW since it is our home resort for our first stay.

Thanks everyone. I've told a few friends and family members and they just don't understand. One even asked, "well, why would you want to buy that and be locked into going to Disney every year?" ....Yeah....some people just don't understand!
