WOO HOO!! I just booked a trip in March! Opinions please..

Hi.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!!!
I am SO excited!!! I'm taking my two kids (DD6 and DS5) to All Star Sports from March 8-15th.

Does anyone have any opinions on AS Sports? I've decided to take that resort since I've tried out all the other values.

Does anyone know how the weather typically is during this time? Crowds? Do we plan to swim? Is it too cold for that? We live in Wisconsin, so it's still mighty cold during March up here, so I was wondering how to pack.

For those who've stayed at AS Sports, do you find that it's more or less crowded than the other values? Or that it's better or worse?

The first ten days in March is our usual time to go. The weather is great, little rain, temps in the 70 to low 80s range for highs with an occasional day in the 60s. Over the course of about 80 park days in 7 trips at this time I think I've needed long pants 1 time during the day, otherwise, shorts and sneakers. Crowds are what I'd call 'Moderate'. Get to the parks at rope drop, use FastPass and you won't get cheated. We spent 2 nights at AS Sports and 2 weeks at Music. To us, one Value is pretty much the same as another. We've always had a pool day or 2 during our March stays. You'll love that blast of tropic air as you step off the plane at MCO after a northern winter.

We're from Wisconsin too and on one trip at Christmas my nephew was the only one in the pool!

That week in March will be better for the crown=d level than the next week. The next week is when most schools start spring break.As for the weather. I would bring jackets for morning and afternoon but layer. During the day it can get to warm for long sleeves. As for the pools, We are from Texas but my son always swims there. The pools are heated. My DS just complains of being cold when he gets out but it does not stop him. Hope you have a great trip

We also had a trip during first week of March and it turns good, less crowded that time.
