Web site debuting new features
Fueled by Member feedback, the team behind www.dvcmember.com continues to enhance the Web site with new functions and features.

The latest additions to the site, available by year's end, will let Members pay their Annual Dues and track their Vacation Points (viewing past Vacation Points transactions and Vacation Points activity for upcoming vacations, as well as seeing how many Vacation Points remain available to bank, borrow and use).
"Evolving the Member Web site is a critical part of our commitment to continuous improvement," said Disney Vacation Club Cast Member Cherie Rogers. "These new features are just part of a broader effort to give Members access to what they need, when they need it."

Remember that a username and password are required to enter this Member-exclusive site.

If you've already registered for access to the site, remember to use the username below. (We'd list your secret password as well, but we don't know it. If we did, it wouldn't be much of a secret.) If you haven't registered, use the Club ID number below to register for a username and password. (Remember that registering with your Club ID number also requires the Personal Identification Number, or PIN, that you received in the mail after your purchased your Membership. If you don't know your PIN, simply call Member Services.)

I'm so excited about this! I've completely lost track of my points (I don't think I have any left for UY '06) and I keep forgetting to call MS when they are open, so the ability to be able to log in at my convenience and it's all right there excites me to no end.

SWEET!!!!
One step closer to making our online reservation... hopefully... :)

makes me feel as if I am closer to home, because I can check my points online.

I wonder how this works if you have two contract numbers? I mean will you be able to check points, dues, etc. by logging in once, or will you have to have a second log in for the second contract number? Does that even make sense? LOL! I know when they sent me the info to use to log in, I received a number and password to set up each account. Of course, I only use ONE of them, and I don't even know where the other one is! I never use it because the site was informational only. Maybe MS can get me going, huh? I know others must have this same issue. Anyone got an idea?

Go on in and see how it works, as it's already online. All of your contracts should come up with one login and the detail available is great.

Take a look at this thread about the additions to the member's site that started this afternoon.

Enjoy!

No, the other one is just not there. It has a different use year, as well as different contract number, so maybe I have to have an additional log in. I emailed Member Services a little while ago, so maybe I can hear something next week. This will really be a nice feature.

the website is cool...it is so convenient to get information from a website. I like it a lot better than having to call Member Services.

This is great, but....... it is going to take a lot longer to get through member services for a while with all the people calling to try to get their log on info. The number/password they sent me a year ago never worked, and I never had any reason to bother to get it fixed at the time. Still, this sounds like it will be good. Now, can we make PS through this?

You may need to provide more information in the setup then- I have 4 different contracts at 2 resorts with 4 Use Years and all are on the same page with my login.

Perhaps a call to MS can assist.

Good luck!

Not at this time (and I doubt that will ever be available online). Right now we can view all of our contract information, including banked/borrowed points and current and recently past reservations. Still to be added will be the ability to pay dues online with more features scheduled to be added in 2006.

Stay tuned!

Both of our contracts (2 resorts and different use years) showed up.

Shouldn't the detail by contract show points that are borrowed? One of our contracts currently has borrowed points from the Oct '06 uy, the total available balance at the bottom is correct and reflects the borrowed status. None of the line detail indicates that points are borrowed. Maybe I need to go back and study harder.

I just checked all my reservations for the upcoming use year (5 reservations) and next year (3 reservations). Its great for getting a handle on things. Even the reservation I made this morning was on there!!!

Whoooo Hooooo!!! I'm so excited! :Pinkbounc

I can't find any of this. All i can see is the same old same old. How can I get to see my reservations?
