Won't let me retrieve resort ressie for online ADRs!

Have done the online dining, made many ADRs through it for two trips now. yet now the past couple days, when go to retrieve my resort ressie on there, it's more info they ask for, and when I put the info in, I get an error code. Really driving me nuts! Anyone else having this problem and the online dining system can't retrieve your resort reservation?

it now asks me for my last name, resort reservation number, date of arrival and which resort.

also, another problem I've had for months now is I can't log into disney's site at all. click on log on... type in my correct info and get some error message. the ONLY way I can log on is when I go to my disney vacations, resort reservation, and log in through that page.
help!

I had trouble getting my reservation to pull up when I was on my Mac this week. I ended up using my PC notebook instead and got it to pull up fine.

Hasn't worked all week on my mac with safari but worked up until this morning with firefox. Now I am getting an error message whenever I try to go into the restaurant page with firefox. I can get into the restaurant page with safari, but can't utilize the 90+10. So

It didn't work for me yesterday either. I could not pull up the plus 10. However, yesterday evening it worked great and pulled up my reservation (too late). I ended up calling at 7:00AM instead.

I have had no luck either, finally had to call in at 7 am. Very frustrating. Keep getting error messages..

This is my first time with the online system, so I thought I was doing something wrong. I am also using Safari with a Mac. I booked the trip through AAA so I thought maybe I had the wrong number, but I called Disney and they said it's the correct number. Any ideas as to what we should do? I don't have a PC---hope I can figure this out in the next few weeks!
