Just watched Beverly Hills Cops 3 and OMG it's Disney! Right down to the last detail! They even had their own Walt Disney - Uncle Dave!

That was the idea. They filmed the theme park scenes at Great America, with some of the interior stuff done on a sound stage at Universal.
