Hello,

I was wondering if you could please advise about Wonderworks. I did post this on the Orlando attraction board but I didn't generate much response apart from it's rubbish.:sad2:

I have tickets booked already for this and also for the outta control dinner show. We are booked in for an 8pm dinner.

I was just wondering how much time would we need for wonderworks it's self? I know it's open until midnight, but ideally would like to do the attraction first and then head home straight after dinner.

Any help or advice would be muchly appreciated

If you get to Wonderworks by 6, that would give you plenty of time to look at all of the exhibits (the ones that are working, that is) before your dinner at 8.

I was trying to be generous Kevin - we were in there 45 minutes last time before asking for our money back. Does that mean it's gone downhill even more since then?

We stayed opposite it at QIPlaza for a few nights..it looks cool but we weren't tempted to go in.

I'm not expecting much to be honest. The tickets were cheap and we are only using it as a gap filler really before we hit the big parks. I try to make the most out of a bad situation, and if it's rubbish then there isn't alot I can do about it apart from try to have a good time with the rubbish that surrounds me.

On the plus side, I've heard that the magic show is pretty good. We've never been as DH doesn't like pizza (and I believe it's a pizza dinner) but it's had pretty good reviews before. To be fair, the first time we went to Wonderworks in 2004, we absolutely loved it and spent hours in there. It had definitely gone downhill when we went again in 2006 though but I haven't been back since so there's every chance that it may have improved.

Like you say, sometimes you have to decide these things for yourself - do come back and let us know what it was like though :)

Magic show was fine according to the kids and about an hour should do you for the rest beforehand.
