Anyone have any experience with the Wonderland Tea Party at the Grand Floridian? I have 6 year old daughter who would love to go but I dont want to leave out my 12 year old daughter who is too old. Would I be better off taking all three of us to have tea in the GardenView Tea room? Or drop my little one off at the Wonderland Tea party (I have heard parents are not allowed) and then have tea with my older daughter alone? I don't want my younger daughter to miss out because it sounds like fun and my older daughter seems okay with letting her little sister go. However if the Garden View Tea is just as good I would love for us to enjoy it together. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :confused3 :confused3

WELL, I love the Garden View Room for Tea it is soo amazing...It would be great for both of your daughters...although there are no characters :(. But you will have a good time. As far as the Wonderland party I have never been but it sounds like fun....Can you maybe do both??? lol I also think maybe 12 years is good for the Wonderland Tea Party...tough choice.

I had heard that the Wonderland Tea party was for ages 3-10. I would love for them both to go. I wonder if they are sticklers on the age requirements? It may be too young for her anyway, its hard to tell from the description. She is at that really hard age where she wants to act more grown up but still likes little girl stuff too. :rolleyes1

dd was one of 2 kids (out of 20) who FREAKED OUT at the mad hatter :( he was VERY loud & over the top (as expected) and she couldn't take it. We were called back to get her & we hung out with her until he left. After he was gone, she went back in & LOVED it!

as a result, the picture of her with alice is pretty pathetic!

Oh bless her little heart. I hadnt considered that the Mad Hatter would be so over the top. Not sure how my little one would react. I will have to warn her if we decide to take her!
