Wonderland Tea Party at 1900 Park Fare

Has anyone's child attended this recently? The information online that I found for it does not match up with what I was told when I called and signed up for it. The time was different, so I'm wondering what else is different. Do they no longer get lunch? Do they eat anything other than the cupcake? Do the children still dress up? TIA!

There was no lunch when DS did it in 2012. Sorry it's not very new. I think he only got a cupcake or cookies and tea. I don't remember what the exact time was, but it was sometime in the afternoon, maybe around 2pm.

1) The kiddie party is not a luncheon.
2) Nor, is it the Afternoon Tea within the Garden View room.

In June my daughter got sandwiches along with the dessert. She wore a sundress, some kids were casual.

is this the one with the Mad Hatter and Alice? If so, last time my daughter went when we were there she was 9 and had a blast. She even dressed up as the Queen of Hearts and the pictures were priceless and she still gets a good laugh about it.

This is why I asked. I found info on wdwinfo.com that states they get a sandwich. It was updated last month, so I figured it'd be accurate, but the time definitely was 2pm according to the woman I spoke to when I booked. I'll assume no pbj heart sandwich. Better to be full than hungry! Thanks everyone!

Now through June 30, 2017, Passholders can save 40% on the Wonderland Tea Party, a whimsical celebration for kids ages 4 to 12. During this experience, pint-sized partygoers will join our friends from Wonderland for an afternoon of fanciful fun, where they can:

• Partake in crafts, games and storytelling
• Eat cupcakes and sip on a special "tea" that tastes remarkably like apple juice
• Decorate cupcakes with sprinkles and more
• Decorate their own tea set to take home
• Have their photos taken with their very merry hosts

The Wonderland Tea Party is held Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at 1900 Park Fare, located at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

Price

The non-discounted price of the Wonderland Tea Party is $49.00 plus tax—and Passholders can save 40% on the non-discounted price through June 30, 2017.

Reservations

Call (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 for reservations. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. Full payment is required at the time of booking, with a credit card guarantee. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid surrendering the full payment.

Important Information

• This experience is for children ages 4 to 12 only. Children must be potty-trained.
• A parent or guardian must sign a waiver / consent form for the child's participation. The person signing children in must indicate the person(s) allowed to sign the children out at the end of the experience. Legal photo identification will be required to pick up children.
• Please check in 15 to 30 minutes prior to the start of this experience at the check-location at the exit to 1900 Park Fare.
• Annual Passholder must present a valid Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass at check-in. If a valid Annual Pass is not presented, the non-discounted price will be charged. Subject to restrictions.
