Wondering if this is legit

I received a call about a "vacation offer" in response to a form I filled out at ComicCon. I called back and it sounds too good to be true. $299 per person for a stay at Ramada Maingate, plus a cruise, stay in Cocoa or Dayona, a stay in Miami or Ft Lauderdale, and a stay in either Las Vegas or Mexico. She said she was from "Fantastic Vacations".

Anyone have any experience with this? I was expecting some sort of timeshare, and she did mention a "tour of the resort and providing feedback", but the addition of everything else seems wonky.

Anyone heard of these guys?

The below is from BBB. If your gut tells you it's wonky it is.

Fantastic Vacations, LLC

1835 East Hallandale #370, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009-4650

Yeah, I saw that too, but I found on another site that it was listed as an inactive company, so I don't think this is actually them. I hung up on the lady and will not be calling her back. I was just curious. It was also hinky when she said that I had to make a decision while I was on the phone with her during that call. Any legit offer should allow you to review the terms and conditions before agreeing.
