Just wanted to get some expert opinions. We will be taking our 2nd family trip to Orlando in November.

Our original plans were the world from 11/20 - 12/5 but decided to mix it up a bit and add US/IOA for a couple days. My husband then mentioned Sea World and Wet n Wild or Aquatica.

Where do you draw the line? I don't see too much fuin in running from one park to the next non stop through out both weeks.

WHich would you recommend if we take the cost factor out and only look at time:

WDW/US & IOA/Sea World/Water Park
WDW/US & IOA/Water Park
WDW/Sea World/Water park
WDW/US & IOA
WDW/Sea World
WDW

our kids are 5,7,10 & 12. A couple thrill junkies and a couple ride chickens. We are doing 7 day passes for WDW so would have 7 other days.

Any suggestions?
WDW/Water Park

i do both the motherland and the darkside yearly on the same visit.

i vote for motherland first
then
go to the darkside.

universal is a very relaxing vacation. have it at the end of your trip and you will enjoy it even the more.
very little planning to do for it.

since you have 5 kids listed, you would have to book 2 rooms at both onsite parks if you stay onsite.

if you stay onsite at universal, the guests are provided free shuttle transportation to Sea World and Wet & Wild from their hotels.

I think they would all be possible within two weeks but it depends on how much time you want to take for yourself. I think they can all be done with a couple of free days too but go at your own pace.

I'd definitely do US/IOA... And then if you want to add Sea World/Aquatica, I saw an ad that includes a ticket for both parks for $79.95. Not sure if it's FL Residents though but look into it.

We usually visit a combination of parks including WDW, US, IoA and SW on our trips. We also normally include a water park and a day on I-Drive or at the Malls shopping. :thumbsup2

The good thing about a 2 week (or longer) trip is you don't have to be at the parks as soon as they open and you can leave early if you are tired because you know you can always visit again another day. :goodvibes

Thanks for the input. Silly me - my & symbol turned into a 7. We only have 4 kids but that still requires 2 rooms which is why I was excited about winning the ticket giveway - saves a bit of money to go toward the 2nd room

Thanks again

Yea--I'm going to the world from August 14th-24th but we are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge from the 14th-19th and then transferring over to Loew's Portofino Bay hotel from the 19th-24th. I would say do as may things as you want, but just give yourselves enough time to relax and not do 1 park each day for two weeks straight---that would suck. The other thing is that if you stay onsite at US or IOA--you can get package deals where they include your room, your park admission for 2 days for both parks, and free unlimited fastpasses for any attraction at either of the parks-that's what we're doing. Also--if you decide to stay at either of the Loew's hotels, they have kid
s suites which are amazing--basically you have a bedroom with a king bed for the adults, and then a connecting room for just the kids!! there are Jurassic park, Dr. Seuss, and Medievil themed rooms for the kids..Amazing!!! hope I helped

Is 7 days at WDW enough time for you? It costs very little to upgrade the 7 days to make them 10 days.

Then hit US and IOA for the other 4 days.

You could do WDW at a more relaxed pace as you have lots of time there.

You are correct:thumbsup2 Thanks. I will most likely purchase 10 day passes. Believe it or not ,several people in my family didn't use all 10 days and we were there for nearly 3 weeks. Of course, we did use 9/10 entrances to BB/TL/DQ
