We just go with whatever DCL gives us. You'll have the same menus that everyone else onboard your cruise will have during the cruise, regardless of what dining room you're in.Where would you prefer 3 nights - AP, Triton’s, or Tiana’s?
AP is my favorite on the Fantasy and the Dream…but should we branch out?

Be aware table "21" may not be the same table from cruise to cruise, depending on necessary configurations.Just off the Feb 18-24 cruise from NOLA on the Wonder. It was a six night cruise with two nights dining in Tritons, Tiana's and Animator's. I would choose Tiana's. Very entertaining show in Tiana's. We were assigned table number 21 the whole cruise for dining. Fantastic spot to view characters when then came to Tritons, viewing the live show in Tiana's Place, and screens in AP.
Tricky question. I would go with AP for the atmosphere, but Triton's for the food.Where would you prefer 3 nights - AP, Triton’s, or Tiana’s?

We were in the Walter E Disney suite. Maybe the table assignment for our cruise was do to that or, we just got lucky with our seating assignment for this cruise. You're right, as capacity increases and seating restrictions change, the configurations will most likely see big changes. Just glad for our cruise the table was where it was.Be aware table "21" may not be the same table from cruise to cruise, depending on necessary configurations.
I assume that OP is on a 7 night cruise so they will have the signature menus of each MDR. One dining room will be on the schedule 3 times, but that 3rd visit will be a ship wide specialty menu like Pirates, Frozen, Captain's Gala, etc.I would go with AP for the atmosphere, but Triton's for the food.

Yes. Then I stand by what I originally said which is that AP often does theming on the screens for special nights like Frozen or Pirates.Yes, I know that the 3rd night will be the ship-wide menu. I am going for atmosphere/environment as Kwami observed.
No. You'll get the same two performances that everyone gets.If you're visiting Tiana's 3 times during your cruise, does anyone recall if they do special performances at all 3 visits?
Are the 2 performances for the first 2 visits? No. You'll get the same two performances that everyone gets.
Probably not. It depends on when you have Frozen night (or Pirate night). Are the 2 performances for the first 2 visits?
AP is our fav also and one cruise we thought we would get AP three times but instead we got Royal Court three times as day 4 ended up being the same restaurant as day 3 and then three day rotation started again in day 5 so day 7(last night dinner) was royal court.Where would you prefer 3 nights - AP, Triton’s, or Tiana’s?
