Wondering about these Pin Events........

Seeing everyone talk about the upcoming AK event.....and playing on Pinpics (the Pin Groups specifically) I see there are planned events through September. I see people mention reservations, pins etc. So here is my question:

How do I find out about these......I feel like such a naive, in the dark, girl here!
