Wondering about the Contemporary

1.Has anyone actually stayed in a Tower room that was smoking? If so what was the room number and did you have a MK view? I know the smoking rooms are on the 8th floor.

2. I am undecided which day to arrive that I would most likely have a better chance of getting the MK view from a tower room (I did book the tower room already) I could arrive Friday morning or Saturday morning any suggestions?

Honestly it makes no difference when you arrive: it depends on how booked the hotel is. You have a Tower room, and whether you get the MK view or Bay Lake view (remember, you'll see the boat activity on the lake and Epcot from this view!) it's a great room.
