wonderful MS experience!!!

I got off the phone with my best MS experience yet. I have always had effective service before but not anyone that could go the extra mile like this. I had Myrtle as the rep and she was great. I really had a complicated call to make.

I had a ressie for a VB/SSR stay in Sep. and a full cash stay at VWL in dec. I don't want to drive to FLA twice that close together so She looked at all the options for me. She look at all the DVC properties for member cash rates to see what would be the cheapest cash/points options for me.

She had a member cash rate at HHI and booked that and then canceled my 3 contracts for VB/SSR.

Then she found me a 1bd room stay at SSR in DEC. and then cancel the VWL cash stay.

This might not sound all that big of a deal in writing but to find what I wanted took over 30 min. (Sorry if this made trouble for anyone trying to get through to MS)

She was very nice the whole time and never ever sounded annoyed with all my request.

I would like to send a note praising her service to MS. How would I go about doing that?

You might also send an e-mail the MS site.
 
By all means send that note. Customer Service departments look at these notes during each employee's performance review, and they can help trigger a raise or even a promotion.
 
Having someone that is happy to help you really makes for a great transaction.

Just y-day I had to call to complain to my TA because the reps were very impatient with me when I called for flight rates and availability. They did act annoyed and it was awful!

So the great service you received from MS is really great to see!

I had an opportunity to call MS today & had very good service . I let a supervisor know when I was finished.

I'm sure the MS managers would like to know about your wonderful experience.
 
I have had Myrtle before and thought she was wonderful also. She assisted me in my 12 room 5 contact 2 UY booking a year or so ago. Love her!

And I will admit, when I heard her voice, I could tell she was an older lady... I was concerned. But boy oh boy, she is on the ball!
 
I sent an email to MS from the DVC member site. It was responded to by Jackie Lueders. She said she was very happy to recieve complements on employees and also conserns. She said this helps in evaluating their service to us.
