I'm wondering how the Jan13 Wonder sailing went. Were you able to make up time and get to your scheduled stops? What time were you able to finally get on the ship? How did DCL handle it?
Earlier this morning, the port of Galveston, Texas, was experiencing heavy fog and the channel between the terminal and the Gulf of Mexico was closed to all inbound and outbound vessel traffic.
The port has reopened and the Disney Wonder is in the process of docking. Once the onboard Guests have disembarked, boarding for today’s sailing will begin.
As a result of this weather delay, Guests should postpone their arrival to the terminal building by at least two (2) hours after their selected port arrival time, but no later than 4:00 p.m. today.
For additional details and the most up-to-date information on this delay, Guests are invited to call 1-866-325-4243.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this unexpected delay and look forward to welcoming you onboard this afternoon."
