Wonder Internet Question

We are cruising on the Wonder in May 05, I know the ship has internet service but how much does it cost to use it? Do they have packages?? Want to make sure dh can touch base with work while we are away.

Any info would be appreciated!! TIA

We were on the 3 nt Wonder and the unlimited package was $39.99 for the cruise, from 3 pm on embarkation day until 8 am debarkation morning. It's 75 cents per minute, and it works out to be better to buy the package if you are going to be on for at least 45 minutes. It's amazing how fast the minutes add up.... I got the package so I could check my work emails as well (it's a write off for me... if you husband has to check in, maybe he can get it reimbursed by his employer or write it off if he's self-employed).

The 7 day cruises are $89.00 for unlimited use for the week but I know the 3 and 4 day cruises also have unlimited amount but not sure exactly how much...I am thinking $39.00 or so.

They have terminals adjacent to the Promenade Lounges on Deck 3 and in Cove Cafe on Deck 9.

I definately would like to purchase the unlimited package for our February 4-day cruise. When and where do I purchase this? Do I have to do this before our cruise date? Any info would be great! Thanks!

The first time you log onto the terminal, you can select the package or the per-use billing. If you choose per-use and then go to package later, you can't apply the package to the minutes you've already used... so if you think you'll be on alot, then just sign up for the package.

I didn't see this anywhere but if you don't buy the package, the cost is .75 cents a minute. Once you agree to their terms the clock starts. Sometimes it does take a little bit to load the page you are looking for.

No, you cannot do it in advance. You have to do it in the Internet Cafe, whenever you want, but once you are on the ship.

Is the internet cafe 24 hours? Is it hard to get online, long waits?

THe internet cafe has about ten terminals. We had the unlimited package on our 3 day because DS had to email his friends. We used it to print our boarding passes and do check-in for our flight home. There was no one around, no waiting.
