Wonder in Alaska!!! May 27, 2013

We finally found out YESTERDAY the official last day of school for our kiddos so we just booked! DH & I sailed roundtrip form Seattle on the Celebrity Infinity a few years ago and wanted to do Alaska again with our nine-year-old twin boys who've been begging for another DCL cruise ever since we got off the Magic two years ago.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I posted a file to the Facebook group of a text document that my DH & I were working on of our favourite places in Vancouver. I think you can request to join and then a moderator (Corinna or Adrian) has to approve the request (I presume to keep the group from getting overrun by people who are not on this cruise and don't understand what the group is for).

Thanks! I read some of it....too funny! I do agree with a few things too. And...found a great joke to play on my kids who will be in a room separate from ours.

Champagne Girl Update

I just had an email from my contact at DCL Shoreside advising that the cost of this has gone up. They now charge $30, which is the same they charge for the champagne tastings that they open to everybody on the ship. Can you please let me know if you still want to go ahead?

I just emailed my contact back and she advised that this fee includes unlimited champagne for 60 minutes.

Champagne Girls is cancelled

Unfortunately the Champagne Girls event stands cancelled. We have dropped below 25 so DCL will not host it. I am so sorry, but I have too much on both at work and at home to start to look into alternatives.
