Has anyone done the 4 night Wonder cruise AFTER having cruised on the Magic?

Since it looks like the Magic will be going to CA and let's say it is, we will have to decide soon if we want to try the Wonder for 4 nights, go for a trade or do something else with or without a visit to WDW.

We have been on the Eastern and Western. We are just wondering if it will be too short, will we be disappointed? Of course, we would add a stay either at WDW, Vero, HH or someshere. Or just wait and book a 7 day for 2006 (very limited to summer cruising).

We did a 4 day Wonder cruise after doing both a 3 day and a 7 day on the Magic. We knew it wouldn't be the same but it was still great. The Wonder is so much the same you already know the lay of the ship, but just different enough to be a nice change of pace.

The 4 day can be very relaxing if you don't plan on doing much in Nassau. We usually just go over to Atlantis for the morning. Add it to a stay at WDW or Vero and I think you can have a very nice vacation.

How about a back to back on the Wonder? That way you could get two days at CC in one week!!! Just a thought.

We have done this .... u get your fix... to tied u over til the next 7 day .... try adding a couple of days at the world before and after and u can have a great trip...

We did a 4-night Wonder cruise this past January, after having done the 7-night Eastern and 7-night Western Magic cruises in '01 and '03. The reason we did this was because we wanted to introduce my parents to cruising. We felt the 7-night might be too long for them, especially if they suffered much from motion sickness, and the 3-night might be a bit short so we opted for the 4-night. It was perfect.

Because of vacation time constraints, only 4 of our 37 cruises have been 7 days, plus we did three in a row on the Wonder. The rest have all been three day. Yes, the Wonder is rushed compared to the Magic, but yes, you can still have a great time. We extend it by pretending that Nassau is a day at sea. Just pretend that you're taking a long weekend trip. Before we started cruising, we would often go to Wisconsin Dells or Cedar Point for the weekend. Now we do it at sea!

Haven't done the 7 night yet-48 days to go:bounce: :Pinkbounc but, I think 4 days on the Wonder is better than not going at all.

VM, that is a great idea to do back to back!

My family and I did the 4 night in April of '02 and just got off the 4/17 Eastern Magic. I would definitely do a four night again just to be on the Disney boat once again. The three night would be a bit too short for me although I would consider putting it at the end of a hectic stay at WDW.

Thanks guys. I think we will really consider it. 2006 seems so faaaar away. We are about 4-5 families. I might be able to talk a one or two more if we do the 4 day.

No e-mail notifications again

We did our first cruise in Nov on the Magic. We just booked a 4 night on the Wonder for Jan. Because DH cannot get off work in the summer and kids are in school we decided to just take what we could get. Being on the ship is definitely better than NOT being on the ship. IMHO:D

I've done the 7 day Western and will be doing the 7 day Eastern in June. With the Magic going to California, we are thinking about back to back cruises on the Wonder or perhaps going over to RCCL (although we'd rather stick with Disney)
