We were right across from that room (7068) on our 7 night Western cruise last November. Can't speak for the room itself except that I saw inside it a couple of times and it looked basically the same as ours without any windows, so of course, no natural light.
As far as location goes, I liked it because you aren't too close to either of the elevator lobbys, so noise from them isn't an issue, and you're midship which makes everything easy access. The downside to this of course is that you do get more hall traffic, but it didn't really bother us.
The only thing that did bother us some was that our room was right under a category 3 room (8048), I think, and there were one or two kids that seemed to continuously run back and forth. I'm not 100% certain it was coming from upstairs, but I think so. Anyway, in 7067, you shouldn't have that problem.
