Say that 5x fast...:rotfl:

I was thinking of getting a pair for our trip...it was Lesley from TimandLesley's and DDDisrunner's (Diane) ladie's trip reort that got me thinking how stylish and comfy they look! At least I THINK those were Crocs...

I always wanted to try them, but dont care for the old clunky style.

What kind do you wear?

I have mostly Beach & Cayman styles, the clunky looking ones. The Mary Janes are a bit more feminine looking with a second strap that goes over the top of your foot and they are narrower. Check out the Crocs website to see the many styles that are now available. Some of them look like normal shoes.

The clog styles tend to be very wide. I never thought I had particularly narrow feet, but I feel like I'm swimming in the Crocs. I tried on lots of them (Beach, Cayman, Mary Jane). None of them would work for me.

I have 3 pairs of Mary Janes, in sea foam (a pale blue/green), candy floss (pink) and baby blue. It's pretty much all I take to WDW (apart from an old faithful pair of Tevas just in case.....)

Since 2007 the only shoes our family has worn to disney is crocs! We all have either beach or caymens except on our last trip our daughter wore mary janes and found them to not be quite as comfy after walking all day.

They are perfect for rainy disney days, water rides etc!! Years back I used to always get blisters when I wore sneakers to disney world. After reading a lot about crocs on the disboards I got them for my whole family in 2007 and they were great! Now they are the only shoes my husband wears when he's not at work! :dance3:

Dd and I used to wear crocs (I have about 10 pairs), until we tried fit-flops and tevas. Now that's all we wear - no more blisters or slipping like we had with crocs.
Both fit-flops and tevas are amazing (and cute)n but tevas are definately less expensive. We love to walk in wdw, and swear by them:lovestruc

I don't usually wear my crocs to the parks but last trip, after fighting blisters from my sneakers and strap runners, I wore them on our last trip day to Animal Kingdom. I wore socks so my sweaty feet wouldn't slide around. I was able to walk all day in them!! Very comfy.
BTW Mine are the pink princess beach crocs.

I have the mary jane's and they are comfy. I have to say that this summer I switched to Fit Flops and the skechers' brand of the toning sandals too. I own 2 pairs and live in them. My legs never get tired and they've helped my back.:thumbsup2

I wanted to get some crocs like everybody else has but my second toe is longer than the big toe and it bumps the shoe! The sandals were too expensive for me.

I wear the Mary Jane's as they are a little bit narrower than the clog type styles. I also have a very comfy pair of flip flops that I love to wear in the parks.

I feel sooo left out... I have some crocks I work in the garden with. Brown... surprisingly cushy... but they do have a tendency to slip under my foot if I step in an un-level area. Am I in? :lovestruc

We have some "clunky" crocs, but we usually just wear them around the house - to the pool, washing the cars, etc. We both (my husband and I) got a pair of the ABF flip flops by crocs and love them. I wear them every day. The flip flop look makes them appear normal, and they still have the benefits of the other crocs. Crocs.com is having a sale on sandals now, so definitely check it out!

I have the clunky Crocs but lately have been happier with my Mary Janes. I have the closed Crocs I wear only in cold weather. I wore socks with my MJ's last Disney trip after the bottoms of my feet got too sore from rubbing against the little nubs on the bottom of the shoe. I was perfectly happy after putting the socks on. I've kind of taken a break from the Crocs this summer, relying on my Merrells and Yellow Box.

i swear by my crocs capri flip flops. they have a lot support and even more cushion than the clunky clogs. i also love the prepairs, which are designed to be worn after sports

What size do you wear? I'll send you mine!:goodvibes I was a faithful wearer, work, WDW, everywhere, until 1 day I looked down and my barefoot was in the shape of my Croc Cayman!!:rotfl:

Had not worn any of them since!

Reminded me of the Jerk with Steve Martin where everyone went cross-eyed from wearing his glasses with the handle on the bridge!:lmao:

I only wear Croc flip flops. I wore out 2 pair of the Athena style (and of course they discontinued that model:sad2:). I have since found the MODI flip and the Crocband flip. They are all I wear. They cushion my heals so my feet and my legs don't hurt after being on my feet all day;)

Hi folks, this topic is not a DVC specific one, so it is being moved over to our Community Board for further discussion. Thanks all!

I wear the Malindi ones - they're like ballerina flats with a strap in the back. Not clunky.

i love the athens (old school 2 color plastic ones). that's pretty much ALL i wear, every day all day. i plan on buying a new pair for disney next month. hopefully i can find some!

i have square feet. LOL very wide and i HATE all other shoes. i think the people that made crocs knew of my hate and gave me comfy shoes with no blisters.

bought really cute crocs with the crisscross straps and OUCH!! the hard plastic against my pinky toes hurt! the rest of the shoe is comfy though.

i use to have teva's (straps), but after awhile those hurt too. :(

I have the Disney ones in pink and the Disney ones in off-white with the pink strap. I just wear them at Disneyworld. It is so humid there, I HAVE to wear socks with them so I try for the shortest, smallest, lowest pair in hopes that no one notices.
