I don't know about breakfast but we had dinner there Friday night. We ate at the regular one, upstairs in the dining room not at the express.
I ordered the swordfish and when our dinners came I cut into it and it was raw. The waiters are all very attentive - so much so that my husband wondered if the table bugged. Really we joked that they could read our minds. They noticed immediately and took it away to be cooked properly.
I waited and waited while my family ate and no dinner for me. The main waiter came over and apologized, said it would be there shortly. I went to the ladies room, came back, still no dinner. Now I'm very annoyed. This was a special dinner on our last night at Disney and now my family is done and I still don't have mine. I call the waiter over, he apologizes again, says that of course I will not be charged for my swordfish and off he went to find it. My husband says to me - the least they can do is get you another glass of that $19 wine. Sure enough someone hears that and runs off to the waiter who comes over immediatley and refills my wine. Then the manager comes over and apologizes and tells us to all please have dessert on them. Eventually I did get my dinner and it was very good. They certainly made up for their error as the bill was probably about $80 less than it would have been.
A dinner like this is not something that we do all the time. It was a special, extravagant dinner to celebrate our week in Disney and it was a shame that we couldn't have enjoyed it together.
