Looking for Downtown Disney suggestions and do any take priority seating. Thanks.

I know WGP, Rainforest and Fultons do, I'm fairly certain Port does also.

We've always had great success, ( as walk-ups) and fun just getting a couple stools at the bar at WGP's. They allow you to order off the full menu. Of course, we've always been just a party of two.

I always have to recommend Fulton's. I think its a really good seafood restaurant and they do take reservations.

We had an amazing meal at Wolfgang Puck on our last visit in October. Everything was absolutely perfect. We like Fulton's also, which is usually very good, but we have been there on "off" nights and with seafood, an off night makes for a yucky meal. :crazy2: We have eated at Portobello and don't like it so much. The service was lacking and the food was just ok. And we have Rainforest Cafe at home and aren't impressed with it, so have neevr tried it in WDW. Try Wolfgang!

The only one I haven't eaten at is Wolfgang's. Out of the three that I have tried I would definitely choose Portobello Yacht Club, and yes, they do take reservations.

We just had a late lunch at Portobello's yesterday and it was awesome! We showed up at about 3:30 and there was no wait at all. I recommend the Vino con Frutta and the calamari. Yummm!

Wolfgang Puck is great. The pumpkin ravioli is one of the best things I've ever eaten. I haven't tried the desserts because I was too full from my entree, but I was really sad walking out when I saw the dessert tray because it looked really good.

I have also eaten at Portobello, and it was good, but not as good as Puck. FYI, I fall into the "adventurous eater" category and love to try new things.

Of the choices you offered, I would select Fultons first, then Portobello. I don't like Wolfgang Pucks or Rainforest cafe.

Portobello is a great restaurant. I really enjoyed my dinner last summer!

Just answered a similar post to this - best out of your choices hands down is Portobello Yacht Club - best Italian food in WDW!

Happy eating, Tiger

I've never eaten at Wolfgang's but I have at the others. RFC isn't even in the same class as Portobello and Fulton's, IMO. They're my two favorite restaurants!

BONGO's

WGP's was just kinda meh.
FULTONS is an expensive Red Lobster, so another meh.
PORTOBELLOS YC was beyond horrid. Poor service and poor food SKIP.

Rainforestis actually pretty good. somewhat limited in range but good.

Try Bongos. It is a liyyle adveturous, but very good.

never been to wolfgang's, but have been to all others....they all take PS ressie's...in my opinion all had great food...guess I have to try out Wolfgang's! Although as the OP said....rainforest cafe is not in the same category as Portobello or Fulton's...

It really depends on your tastes however....you'll get different views from different people!

Pick one try it....next time pick another one!!!
Enjoy!

Got Quattro? - You must have had an isolated bad experience at Portobello because if you think it's better than RFC, yikes! Portobello is outstanding and very consistent. As someone who has grown up in an Italian restaurant family for 35 years, I can assure the OP that it is outstanding - to say that it had poor food, I am wondering what your definition of good food is? There tomato sauce is pretty much out of a can, yet Portobello's is homemade. I can't imagine burgers and fries at RFC being better than authentic Italian food!

Hopefully the OP will try out a variety of restaurants and make own judgment.

Happy eating, Tiger

Thank you for all of the information. There certainly are many good choices available at Downtown Disney.
