Can you order a meal at WPE and take it "to go" back to your hotel? I realize that technically this is a "counter service" restaurant, but after looking at the pictures it appears that it isn't packaged to take with you.

Are there other places in Downtown Disney that package your meal to take with you?

I am asking in case my children get tired shopping and would like to just grab something to eat and take it back to our hotel.

I bet you can, they have To Go Boxes, we always eat there, and eat there a few times a trip, but i would assume they have something that would let you go. Earl of Sandwich does for sure though! The Sandwiches are all wrapped and ready to go back to your resort if you like!

I would be extremely surprised if you can't get it to go as it is a counter service. The best on-site in my opinion.

I did this last summer when staying at SSR. It was super crowded that night and I asked for it to go. They boxed it and bagged it up for me. It's one of my favorites!

You can order meals to go no problem. Make sure you check out the Earl of Sandwich also. The sandwiches are awesome and the prices are even better.

This place has become one of our favourites and you can most definitely get it to go.

We ordered pasta to go in Dec 2006 - it was freezing outside but even after walking all the way back to the parking lot in the cold wind, then driving back to CBR and getting into the room, the food and bread was still hot and delicious! Bravo to WPE for making that happen somehow.
