Just an FYI to anyone planning on dining at Wolfgang
Puck at Downtown Disney. Even though the Disney
reservationist will tell you that the upstairs dining
room is covered under the dining plan - It's not.

We reserved October 5th and was politely told upon
arrival by the staff of the dining room that the Disney
reservation staff have been misinformed and as a result,
mistakes have been made.

None-the-less my wife and I decided to stay and dine
regardless of the fact that dining plan was not honored.
As a result, we had one of the best meals ever.

Please consider dining there if you have the funds to do
so. Our meal was a bit over one hundred dollars for the
two of us but worth every cent.

We also had an experience with Wolfgang Puck- however, we ate at WP Express at DTD West Side (near Disney Quest). Disney Dining lists WP Express as participating in the CS meal plan, but we were told as we were handing our card to the CM at the register that the only Express location that accepts the Dining plan is the Marketplace one. We went ahead and paid OOP for our lunch, but it was kinda upsetting that one location takes the Dining plan, and the other (just a few hundred yards down the street) doesn't. I don't quite get it- oh, well, at least we were only out $22 for two pizzas!

Hmm Thats odd. When I reserved Wolfgang Puck the CM was very clear in letting us know that the Upstairs is NOT included. Maybe it was a newbie CM that is giving out incorrect information.
