Wolfgang Puck - Dining Plan or Not?

I have heard mixed messages on whether or not Wolfgang Puck - DTD Westdside is a Dining Plan restaurant. The TS, not WP Express.
Anyone know?

Wolfgang Puck Cafe (not the upstairs restaurant) was on the plan during our trip last October. I also talked to Disney dining yesterday regarding our upcoming trip in January and was informed that it was still a dining plan restaurant. We thought that it was a good bang for your buck (well...not really for us in Oct. since we had free dining) on the dining plan.

We ate in the cafe resteraunt 2 weeks ago. Let me say... WOW, it was the best meal we had, hands down. It is on the dining plan but there is a surcharge of you want the most expensive items on the menu. We had the macadamia crusted chicken breast. OMG, it was to die for! We can't wait to go back. Dining plan or not we will be back to Wolfgang's ! It was fabulous! We all (even my 2 kids) highly recommend it!!!

Well, our experience with WP Express (CS) was this:

There are 2 WP Express locations- one at Westside, and one at Marketplace. We went to the Westside location, and (my mistake) ordered w/out telling the CM that we would be using the Dining plan first. We stood in line, ordered, got our food, then went to pay. At that time, we were informed that only the Marketplace location participated in the DP. We went ahead and paid the $22 for 2 pizzas and 2 drinks, but weren't real happy about doing so. We ended up leaving the next day with 5 unused CS credits, 2 of which we could have used at the WP Express on the Marketplace side of DTD if we had known ahead of time.

I don't know if this was a case of an uninformed CM, or what, but I was a bit put out about the idea of the same restaurant honoring the DP at one location, but not honoring it a couple hundred feet down the street.

**Oops- editing to add that I didn't read the part of the OP that said the TS, not the CS. Sorry- the Cafe is on the DP, but not the more expensive upstairs Dining Room.
