another question to annoy you all! Has anyone got anything to say about the Wolfgang Puck Cafe? Or any pictures... :teeth:
I haven't heard much about it but am considering having my birthday dinner there. Good desserts? Also, since it's in DTD, anyone happen to know how late they're open? No place I've checked so far has operating hours or much in the way of photos...thanks!

Hi Stace!

I've enjoyed dinner at Wolfgang Puck Café on a previous trip, but on our most recent visit (one week ago), I was quite disappointed.

I had the meatloaf and it was almost rubbery. My partner had the pumpkin ravioli and it was lacking in flavor. We had a pretty decent fondue and the dessert bar seemed quite nice but It has definitely been knocked down from our list. We preferred House Of Blues next door.

They are open quite late (I would say around 11pm)

Also keep in mind that the upstairs dining room is supposed to be quite nice and has a different, more upscale menu.

We ate there in April because it's on the DDP. I had the Macadamia Nut Crusted Chicken and it was great, DD(14) had the ravioli and liked it, DD's best friend had the chicken also and DS(7) had the children's mini-hamburgers.

Everyone thought the food was great. I tasted my son's hamburger though and it was a little dry to me.

For desert DD & I had the Chocolate Fondue, DS had the kids build your own sundae and Friend had Turisimo (I know I butchered the spelling). All of the desserts were great!

We sat outside because it seemed a lot quieter than inside. Overall we thought the food was very good and the desserts were great.

We ate there a few weeks ago and loved it. DH had the Macadamia Nut Crusted Chicken and I guess I have different tastes than the previous poster, I loved the Pumpkin Ravioli although I ordered it with chicken.

We eat there every visit to WDW now. They serve until around 11:00 p.m.

I have not had a bad meal there yet (and have eaten there at least 10-15 times). DH had the filet this latest trip and it was WONDERFUL. I had the sushi again and loved it. They have a great spinich salad and the desserts are wonderful (granny smith creme brulee is awesome as is the chocolate fondue.)
