Wolfgang Puck Cafe - few questions

I've never eaten at the cafe for a TS before and was wondering what was included as an entree? I assume the pizza options? What about the sushi?

For dessert - is that ice cream cone tree included (@$12)? If so that'd be awesome because I'm sure the kids would love it (we'd share it with them).
