I met him at the Borgata - Atlantic City - Friday night

I gave him a hug and told him he had a great voice....
Stupid I know...

I like his voice.....

Any way I just want some insite on his restaurant.... how is it...I am thinking about going to it...

I ate at Wolfgang Puck Cafe in October and I thought the food was excellent! We tried everything from sushi to salmon to spaghetti and meatballs and it was all very good. And they have a terrific wine list. As well as a most popular martini called the Starburst Martini. I say give it a try, definitly !

We go to the WPC regularly. The half chicken is good, the pumpkin ravioli is excellent. The young spinach salad is always a good choice. The meatball is a good dish, but I admit that I usually stick to sushi. Holly had the ribs once. A different take on bbq ribs.

For your insites on WPC and what about the ribs -- were they good bad taste funny or what?


Ribs are my dh favorite thing to eat---

He can use to put on the weight...

he is only like 130 lbs funny huh...

The ribs are very good. But they are not traditional American BBQ ribs, the sauce has a more Asian influence. I there is Hoisin sauce in the glaze.

Also, Holly did not think she'd like the "Asian slaw" that comes with the ribs, so she substitutes with mashed potatoes.
