Wolfgang Express confusion

I am so confused!
Some places I read that the Marketplace one has the more extensive menu. Other places say that the WestSide one has a better menu.
Help!

We want to go next week, and want the one that has ribs, pasta, pizza, lasagana, etc..

Which one is it!?

The one at the Marketplace has the more extensive menu with pizza, pastas, salads, sandwiches, etc. You can go on www.allears.net and see what the menus are in both places.

Yes it is the one in the market place.

I was at both of them a week ago and the one in Westside only has pizza, salad and prepackaged desserts.

What kind of desserts does Marketplace have?

I was all AllEars and WDW info looking at menus, and that is where I got confused. It says that they both have Creme Brulee and stuff.

We love WGP and have often gone to the one near the movie theater at the West end. My husband loved the Macadamia Chicken and I love the Butternut Squash Soup. Last September I decided to try the one down at the Marketplace and was shocked that the menu was totally different. Lots of different flatbreads, pizzas and salads.

When I look at the Allears menus they are now showing that both places have the same menu. I hope they are wrong. If they are not that means we will be paying OP, nearly $20, for my dh to get his Macadamia chicken and my soup will be $2 more just for eating inside, plus tip. We love it that much though.

Everything I have read indicates Marketplace (green sign) is the way to go. It will be our first meal during our December trip.

There must be a WGP "express" on the West side that you are all referring to, that has the more limited menu. I've never seen the Express on that side, just the one in the Marketplace. Learn something new every day on these boards!

I just ate at the WGP Cafe, which is on the West side - that's a table service restaurant with a full menu and bar. There's also the Dining Room upstairs from that location that's a bit more upscale than the Cafe, but both are TS, not CS. if you are looking for TS with a full menu of entrees, appetizers, sushi, and pizza too, the Cafe on the West side may be what you are looking for.

Desserts at WPE Marketplace are brownies, cookies, fruit cup and creme brulee'. My husband says it is better than chocolate!

Is it hard to find? What's it next to? So if we arrive at WL and decide to visit DD first....we jump on a DD bus and then do we tell the bus driver Marketplace? Do the drivers usually stop at both ends?

Eek! What time of day was there a line of 50 people?

It's not that hard to find! And it was one of our best meals last trip. Tasty, tasty! I got the chicken BBQ quesidilla (sp?). Awesome.

We ate at both Express locations last month. We had Cirque tickets so decided we'd take the boys to DQ and grab a meal at WPE. It's inside the same building as the Cafe (for those that haven't seen it there....it's there). We were soooo disappointed in the limited choices on the West Side menu. Don't get me wrong, the food was still good, but it was limited to pizza and a few sandwiches.

We went back to DTD on another day and did lunch at the Marketplace location. Much better. My mother even commented that the pizza she had ordered at the other location was no where near as good as the same pizza at the Marketplace. They also have more sandwiches, pasta and meat dishes. I cannot remember the dessert menus, sorry. I know I always go for the brownie and my son got chocolate chip cookie. Those are available at both. My mom had the cream brulee at the Marketplace, but I cannot remember if they had that on the West Side. Market place also offered frozen yogurt. WPE is even my kids favorite CS meal. They love the pizza and the fact they get to choose the same dessert as everyone else.

Perhaps people were comparing the Cafe (TS) with the Marketplace Express (CS) when speaking about the menus.

Marketplace. We ate there twice during our last trip. Both nights we were offered only a cookie as our dessert choice. It was fine with us since we were stuffed. We took the packaged cookies back to our room and snacked on them throughout our trip.

I had a beef and blue cheese wrap that was divine. The next time I had the chinois chicken salad. Very good.

My dad and sons loved the spaghetti and meatballs. Very generous portion with bread and a salad. My daughters liked the mooshu pork wrap.

Get off the bus at Market Place. Walk into DTD and turn left before the water play area. There is a snowy holiday display where you can pose for pictures. Walk down the path/alley and you will see the courtyard where WGPE is located on the right.

Best food and best Quick Service value at WDW.

A short cut is super easy from the marketplace bus stop. Just take the first left. It is a pathway that runs right to the outside eating area of WPE.
