Wolf gang & Concorde Steak House

After reading some reviews on Cape May Cafe for dinner & Spoodles, also for dinner, I'm thinking about adding Wolf gang pucks (assuming the upstairs is on the dining plan) and perhaps the concorde steak house? Would this be a good idea?

Concourse may be closed by the time you're there.
The upstairs dining room is not on the dining plan.
the other one is though.
