The conspiracy theorist in me says that some spiteful people see good contracts and call disney (or their guide) and get on the list for that location/month/points so it gets bought back. Then they just say, "sorry, changed our minds". Certainly not common, though.

I truly think i have a 50/50 shot.

Asking 60, offered 55 on friday, off to ROFR today

I looked, didn't see anything that I thought was a good deal, so now I'm safe from having to wonder/worry if I could get an OKW contract past ROFR

just an update..............after an uneventful first 5 rounds there appears to be a stalemate, the monkey keeps drinking his bourbon, fmer keeps waiving his contract in the monkeys face, just far enough away so the monkey can't touch it....looks like this one is going to go a couple more rounds

Well, the battle rages on into Day 27 with still no news. Feeling i have this fight won, the monkey is chasing, tired, throwing useless drunken haymakers while i duck and move, schuck and dive. Just awaiting the final bell and the celebration will be on
