My dd is in a wheel chair and visually impaired. She will need to be right up front to see WOC. Is there any benefit to doing the dining to get reserved standing area or we will be stuck at the top no matter what because of the chair? I don't think she will be able to see from up there. Am I better off doing reserved seating dining package for the paint the night parade?

We did the reserved dining package and had the stroller as a wheelchair tag and we were directed to an area within the reserved dining section to go with the stroller (about midway down, not up at walkway level). Later on I ended up watching a second show alone up closer to where the handicapped viewing was and, tbh, the view up there was better. Now, if proximity is an issue on the visual side, just be aware that the very front viewing spots are (in large part, if not all) wet zones...we didn't want to get wet so we stayed back out of that zone. If getting wet isn't an issue, though, you will probably want to get there early in order to get a rail spot.

Often the dining HC viewing area is pretty good. You get a wider view. However, if you wish to move down closer with a WC, you can. There is a ramp down. That said, when you get down close, you will get wet. Depending on winds, you can get very wet.

I don't know how visually impaired your daughter is, but I prefer the wider view from the top.

The HC viewing area for PTN is actually pretty good.

If your DD wears glasses, being in the wet zone could be a problem. The one time we viewed WOC from the wet zone, DH spent most of the time trying to wipe his glasses.
