WOC FP Question

I am sure this has already been covered so I apologize for asking again, but there are only so many WOC posts I can wade through in one day!

If I get a WOC FP (from the kiosks near GRR), can I grab one from Soarin' right after, or is the WOC FP part of the FP system and I have to wait?

I remember reading on the boards that the WOC fastpasses are not connected to any other fastpass. Hope this helps!
