I left San Diego on Thursday June 24 and arrived at parking structure at 7:45 a.m. Disneyland opened at 8 am. Got on tram, no line. Went to DL and rode Buzz, Alice and Astro Orbiter plus picked up SM Fast Pass. Walked over to DCA at about 9 a.m. I was about 10th in line to enter gate. The park opened at 10 a.m. but they let us in at 9:30. Some people ran to FP for WOC, most of us walked quick. Arrived at FP and walked through queue. Took about 5 minutes and got Blue section for 9:30 show. No big deal.

sooo....how was the view from the blue section? Were you off-center, did you have heads in the way?

thanks

I didn't tell the worst part - which was my own stupidity.

So, I drive up all the way from San Diego to DLR and book a hotel room which I hardly ever do. Did all of this to see WOC.

I get my FP as described. Enjoy the parks and leave around 2 p.m. Go back to hotel to rest, shower and get dinner. I leave my hotel in shorts and sweatshirt. Walk out and it's too chilly for shorts. I return and switch into pants. I then debate whether to drive or take shuttle but decide to take shuttle. I get to park, have dinner and McDonald's, take my time and enter DCA. As I go through turnstiles I reach in my pocket for my FP. Oh gosh, it's not there.

Light goes on - it's in my shorts. Are you kidding me? I spent next hour trying to get a ticket at Guest Relations. Of course, no go. I then look around for maybe a ticket dropped on the ground. No go.

So, I ended watching show from a side area.
