Can you book these now for the summer? On the website it discusses them but there is no option to book.

You make regular reservations at the participating restaurants (WCT, ST), and then you tell your server you'd like to upgrade to the package and if its available they give you the pre-fixe menu and at the end you get vouchers for the show.
