WOC dining package--available 30 or 90 days out?

I think that I have read that if you want to book the WOC Dining package, you can do that 90 days out. Another site mentions 30 days out. Which is it? And do you need to call first thing on that day to try to get reservations?

Some where you got bad information and something mixed up.

Dining packages can be reserved 60 days out.
Picnics can be reserved 30 days out.
