They didn'y know how this summer would go as far as crowd movements, so they did what they did.

They are going to repurpose the Bug's Life FP machines into a new WoC distribution area.

Either I missed something or you misunderstood SS Columbia. I am not aware they changed anything on this. What specifically are you referring to?

I don't know if this is what Columbia was referring to, but when we went to WOC on Aug 3, there was no line to enter the blue area. Everyone just milled around, then they set up barriers around 7:30 or so and cleared the entrance area. Around 7:45 or so, they start letting people in at places where they moved the barrier to create an entrance. It looks almost like /\/\ but straighter, where the people came through the tops (hope that was not too confusing). So, there was no real benefit to coming early to get in line, as who came it first was completely random. After people came in, they ran towards spots they wanted (even with the CMs calling for people not to run). For families with strollers or small kids, I imagine it would be difficult to move quickly enough to secure a good viewing spot.
