I can't believe it but next week we are leaving for WL, we have a woods view is there any particular area of the Lodge that is best in woods views? i planned on calling Sunday (which is one week from our arrival) to request a certain area...any suggestions?:coffee:

4th or 5th floor overlooking the otter pond. We had a 4th floor room last year that had an opening thru the trees and my 3 year old went to sleep on my lap each night watching the castle change colors. We were also able to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the balcony also.

We have stayed at the WL for the last four years and always request the same room - #7066 - which is concierge level but I am sure #6066 would be just as good if you didn't want concierge. Actually I would imagine any room along that stretch of corridor would be OK as long as it was on the upper floors. We like it because it looks right out towards the CR and at night we can see the castle and fireworks from our balcony. Some people may not appreciate the view during the day but we are never there during the day so who cares. Will be there for 2 weeks again this year - last week of Aug and 1st week Sept - cannot wait.
