WL-woods or courtyard view

we are doing a 10 night stay at the CR and then moving to WL for 4 nights, its our first time at both resorts. I have a woods view booked at the WL with the 40% discount, to upgrade to courtyard view it is only $12 per night, having never stayed their I was wondering what is better, woods or courtyard? should I upgrade to the courtyard view?

for only $12/night, I would absolutely book courtyard. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the ducks with the beautiful music playing softly in the background while the rest of the family slept.

I would recommend the courtyard view over the woods view, especially if the difference is only $12/night.

Thanks everyone, I just phoned and changed to the courtyard view, it was only $54 more for all 4 nights so thought it was worth it. I have never requested a room location at any resort, are all courtyard rooms good or should I request a certain area?

We have never requested a room by number, but maybe a floor level or close to x or y. The courtyard is 'U' shaped, so if you do make a request I would keep it generic like: room on level 'x' with a good view of (i.e. Bay Lake, Silver Creek Falls, pool) or room on level 'y', close to (i.e. pool, Artist Point, Cubs Den, Laundry).
