WL wi-fi, internet access???

I'm sure this has been addressed many times on the boards but when I searched for WL specific answers I could not find anything that was recent. Is there any free internet access at Wilderness Lodge or will I need to pay the $10 per day? We leave in 4 days - first trip. I'm so excited I can hardly stand it!!!

No free internet at WL (or any Disney resort) except for DVC members.

1) No wifi at WL, only through HSIA cable in your room.
2) As above, no free internet except for DVC members at DVC resorts.

Does your internet provider have dialup? Find a local number for them and use that for your internet connection. All you pay is the cost of the local call.

Thank you everyone! I'll see if my provider has a dial up and if they don't I'll just pay the 10/day.

Another thing to remember is that it isn't $10 per day, it's $10 per 24 hour period. Depending on how you need to use it, it's possible to spread this out to only having to pay for every other day.

Check your email at 8 am on Monday, then check it at 7 am on Tuesday. If you don't need to check it again until Wednesday morning, you don't need to pay for it on Tuesday.

However, if you're on and off all day long, there's no way around it.
