Have a ressy @ WL villa for 4 people booked through AAA. My sister and nephew who live in Florida would like to stay for a night with us. They will be with us upon arriving and check in @ WL Villas. Will the front desk question us about the # of guests? Should I have them wait unseen in the lobby somewhere until after I check in? Will we have to pay for additional guests? If so, what are the chances of sneaking them in? Thanks!

Personally I would just keep them unseen. If you mention you will have to pay.

What type of Villa do you have? Studio or One bedroom or Two-bedroom?

If you have a two-bedroom you don't have to hide them..there isn't an addition charge for extra adults at the Villas.

If six you can't pay an addittional charge, I'm sure you know that the rooms accommodate four plus one infant under the age of three. You could however just reserve them a standard room at the Wilderness Lodge for one night. As your sister is a Florida Resident could you have her get a Florida Resident Rate it is much better then AAA?

Yes, we have a 2BR.

If you have a 2-br you'll have no problem. A 2-br can sleep eight people. Just tell them when you check in that you'll have two more coming and have a key waiting there for them.

Just realized they'll be with you when you check in...you shouldn't have a problem, you don't have to "hide" them!;)

I thought I remembered you saying on a earlier post that you had a Two-Bedroom.

I would tell the front desk when you check-in, that way if you go to the parks they will have a resort ID for EMH and for the pools if they are checking ID's there. They will love the Villas so much they may stay longer...

Have a Great Trip.

LOL! Yes, 2 BR - Thanks so much for the help and advice. Greatly appreciated. these forums, (I've been coming here since July 03), have been a TREMENDOUS asset to our trip planning.

You'll have plenty of room with your 2 bedroom. Have a great time!
